1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Planquiry ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including individual teachers, school administrators, and institutional subscribers.

2. Description of service

Planquiry is an AI-powered lesson planning tool that generates curriculum-aligned lesson plans for educators. The Service supports multiple frameworks including IB PYP, MYP, and DP, US state standards, and Catholic school curriculum frameworks.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@planquiry.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription plans and billing

Planquiry offers a Free plan and a paid Teacher Pro plan. The Free plan allows up to 5 lesson plans per calendar month. Teacher Pro provides unlimited plans and additional features at the rates shown on our pricing page. Billing is handled securely through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. AI-generated content

Lesson plans generated by Planquiry are created using artificial intelligence and are provided as a starting point for educators. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before classroom use
• Generated plans are not a substitute for professional curriculum judgment
• You are responsible for verifying that any generated content meets your school's specific requirements
• Planquiry does not guarantee that generated plans will satisfy any particular accreditation or inspection body

6. Intellectual property

Lesson plans generated using Planquiry belong to you. You grant Planquiry a limited license to store and display your plans within the Service. Planquiry's platform, design, and underlying technology remain the property of Planquiry. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Planquiry platform itself.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or violates any applicable law. You agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts. School subscribers agree to use the Service only for legitimate educational purposes within their institution.

8. Privacy and data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Planquiry does not collect student data and does not require students to create accounts. All plan data belongs to the teacher who created it.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Planquiry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Planquiry in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
